This past week, I let things slide a bit, and I can see the effect of the dairy inclusion. I have a new resolve to eliminate the dairy for a straight 2 weeks and see how it goes.
I also have lessened my sugar intake, limiting it to scant sprinkles of sugar on top of cinnamon toast, or fruit, or not very sweet sorbets. I put stevia in my tea, or a mixture of stevia and honey, which still lessens my sugar intake. I can see it's helping.
I cut out chocolate and cocoa products completely. The only caffeine I have is in some green tea which I have every second day.
I aim for a healthy winter this year.
