first day of diet feeling abit tired but i hope my energy levels increase soon

2day of diet was bad but i feel fool but just exhausted i hope now on the third day things will get better , still getting headaches , but feeling fine.

5th day of diet just feel bloated but perfect energy levels are returning i dont feel that tired most probably need to sleep early to adjust pattern no sugar cravings at all.
