Terrible breathing day, don't know why. Just sitting at the KM and using it slowly makes me SOB. Trying to avoid any comfort food binges. If anything gets to me, it will be the volume, not the content. No ice cream in the house cause I can't taste it, no chocolate - sane reason. I do have some lime sherbet, but I don't go overboard on that. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
