My fasting to 4pm for religious/spiritual reasons is still going on :)

Set up an appointment with my new Primary Care Physician for Thursday. I wanna keep on track with my health and want a fresh start with a physical! Here's what I did yesterday:



Galloway Method
Warm up: 5 minutes
4 minutes running/1 minute walking X 8 times
TOTAL: 45:19 minutes
428 calories
10.25/mi
5.0 MPH
138.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
