Had my annual Medical Check up last Thursday. I have lost 9 Stone in about 18 months.
My sugars are now at a level where I can come off most of the Diabetic Tablets I'm on.
Therefore, I feel quite chuffed with my success. I need to loose a few more pounds so no excuses for slacking.
