I think I made a big mistake. I made some meatballs for lunch using ground turkey, onion, egg and two big tablespoons of milled flax seed. The meatballs weren't bad, but I feel VERY sleepy now and bloated...exactly how I felt after my old carb-loaded lunches and I think the flax seed may have been a bad idea.
