Have been on vacation for the last week and a half. It takes a concentrated effort to maintain your forward momemtum when you eat out more than normal.I have found how easy it is to get back into the routine when I get back home. The damage from the last weigh-in was only 1.4 lbs and this will be easy to rectify. Thats the best part,stick with your routine and the weight will come off.
