Good morning, all. Here's my stats for yesterday's (short) run:

4 minutes running/1 minute walking X 9 times
TOTAL: 50:17 minutes
470 calories
10.32/mi
5.0 MPH

139.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week
