Yesterday (17 September) i really craved a panini. Managed to avoid eating bread and stick to my eating plan and within my allocted calories and was very surprised this morning when I got on the scale.
212.7 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2256 kcal Fat: 162.93g | Prot: 101.87g | Carb: 31.28g.   Breakfast: Sardines in Oil (Canned), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Baby Spinach. Lunch: olive oil, sweet pepper, cucumber, feta, lime juice, chicken. Dinner: Woolworths Processed Cheddar Slices, Clover Butro, Woolworths Sliced Peppered Salami, cream cheese, eggs, Sauvignon Blanc Wine. Snacks/Other: Milk (Whole Milk). more...
