i wish i could magically lose 10 pounds from one day to the next, but i know that is impossible. the only way to really lose weight and keep the weight off is to develop healthy eating and exercise habits and keep those habits going for the rest of one's life.
150.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
