weight loss is slower than i would have liked (i have A LOT to lose and i was perfect on the eating...worked out 4x a week, got lots of sleep, lots of water, no diet soda), but body feels good. Cleaned out my closet and put all of my almost fit clothes away for a month. Hope to be able to wear them in May!
