Today was day 13 on my this WOE. First week lost 8lbs. Not sure Ive lost any this week but i can fit these jeans that I havent worn all year so I guess stuff is moving around . Had plans to eat right today but went out with my mother when i didnt need too (a casino) and spent money. In the past i would sit and eat the free icecream and make floats. Instead I had a big glass of water and lost my money instead of my mind!!! WOOHOO... my next weigh in is on Wednesday. Hope its good. lol
