ok, so in spite of myself this seems to be working. In the last few days I've been following the calories, and not the carbs. However, I have dropped a couple pounds.

At night on the two nights my weight went down, I was taking the Dream Away product that let's me sleep more deeply. Don't know if that's what's doing it, or if it is incidental.

Humph!!
311.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 131.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
