Ok so day 1, I've been chilling out in Puerto rico, and I took a look at myself and I wasnt yet satisfied. I've lost over 50 lbs but I still want to get into shape like my older sister. I want to have a healthy runner body yet its hard with my asthma :P so I'll give it my best and at the end of each week I'll record my progress.
