Still sitting at 221lbs. Weird, I go down and up like a yoyo but just can't seem to break that 217 wall. I didn't really follow my diet yesterday so it serves me right:-) Today I am still dedicated to losing weight. I am going to track my calories and see what I actually eat in a day. Seems like an obvious thing to do right! Anyway, give me love and support! Ruth
