Hi, Tues, the 22nd of March, I put myself on a 1200 calorie diet. I weighed 215. Today April 1st, I weigh 201. I have lost 14 lbs in a week and I don't exercise. I weigh and measure EVERY thing that goes in my mouth. It is a great diet because I eat anything I want!!! just in the right portions. I eat bagels and cream cheese with simply fruit jam. Tastes like Strawberry Cheesecake. I eat raw fried potatoes and two eggs (no bread). For dinner a eat a Lean Cusine with a cup of frozen veggies ,the best part of this diet is--I do not have to deprive myself of anything!!! I have no problem staying on this diet. If I have calories left over at night, I eat a sugar-free Jello Chocolate Mouse. (60 calories) Just remember, COUNT EVERY CALORIE. good luck. Carole
