I did cardio last night and it was really the first time in a long time that I got on the treadmill. I usually do the elliptical and bike, but dang the first 5 minutes were killer! I didn't know there was that big of a difference between the two machines...
230.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
