Weight loss is sooooooooooo hard and it was soooooooooo easy to put on! But I am sticking with it! Every muscle in my body hurts from the circuit training this last week. I can't wait till it is part of my life.

You'll get there. If I had been told that I was going to love going for hour long runs on the weekend I would have thought whoever said that was crazy. Now I think I'd go insane if I didn't get my running in.
