Worked out three times last week and drank only two days out of the past seven, and I still gained weight. It makes no sense. Clothes feel better, though.
214.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
