Lost that stupid .6 again. But at least I lost it again. Walked 125 rounds on the walkway this morning. Walked around Aldi for over an hour with my mom getting her groceries. Walked 20 rounds at the school from 8:27 to 9:34. It seems like it takes me forever to walk that. I seems to drag a lot more. My feet are sore but I go anyway. Drinking more water. Still not up to my first goal on that but doing so much better. Will keep pushing it. Have to focus on more protein. Hopeful that the Miralax will help me. So I don't have to take those stupid pills. Dosed with 3 capfuls of the Miralax today. Maybe that will clean me out. Then switch to one capful a day. My doctor has wanted me to do this for a long time. I was doing really well with it but got away from it. Feeling better. I can breath better. I just need to keep looking at all the positive things. And not just focus on the weight.
