I am here, I'm alive, and I still haven't gained any of my weight back! :D I've had several changes in my life. I'm now wearing a size 22/24 pants and a 2x top, which is a big accomplishment considering before I was wearing a size 34/36 and a 5x top. I still have my sugar levels and blood pressure under control. I'm leaving the house more, and (GASP!) I'm dating. :) I also took a temp job. Because of this, I haven't been able to attend my water aerobics. But now the temp job is over, so I'm hoping to get back into them. The temp job was really good for me, because it showed me I can work, just as long as I am away from the general public and customer service. I did data entery for an insurance company. This is the first time in four years I have had an actual job job, lol. I'm still Dr. Pepper free. Six months and thirteen days as of today! I will not allow myself even one little can, because if I do, I'm afraid I'll go right back to it like I was before.

I'm happy with the way my life is going and changing. Am I still a work in progress? Very much so, and I prbly always will be, but for once I feel like things are turning around for me in a good way.
