I lost 2 lbs yea! This has been so hard. We had a Labor Day Celebration and birthday party at the senior center today. I didn't do good today but I didn't eat the birthday cake and turning down cake is a first for me. Someone suggested I try cottage cheese and fruit for breakfast instead of so much bread so I am going to try that when I go grocery shopping again. God Bless and have a good night.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
