Still doing raw food and I'm juicing veggies and fruit everyday. I've been feeling pretty good more energy . 30 minutes on the treadmill is getting easier each day even if I don't want to do it
190.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
