Alta Lombard's Journal, 28 August 2014

Started on Monday with The Tim Noakes Diet with Hubby. So far so good. Have had some headaches and feeling moody today, but I'm eating enough during the day, so I cant complain.
251.3 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
