Due to that I have been off work due to foot surgery, i have allowed myself to gain than lose! :( Upset aboutit but I have since vowed to myself that I am determined to lose 30lbs by June 1st!! On to a good start now though.. One day at a time...legggooo. :)
232.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
