Creating a new (healthier) lifestyle, that is what I'm telling myself I'm doing - instead of saying i'm on a diet. So far OK!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 2.0 lb a week
