Went to thr grocery store today and found some new, low cal goodies. I had been eating lite and fit yogurt, but the cheap walmart brand has less calories and more yogurt, so I got that instead. Also, I got single servings of brocolli & cheese and vegies & rice each under 50calories...awesome!! Also, got a new water bottle (Mine got stolen at work...crazy I know!) Lastly, I found some amazing new breaded vegie pattis for 140cals and they are delicious! (Had one for lunch) :) My weight is going down and I have been exercising alot, so everything's going good!
