ate a lot today as I was disappointed gained weight (0.6 Kg).I was doing everything to lose wt,eating less carbs,doing exercises, no garbage food,but at the end it was not what I expected..

Weight target is 85 Kgs till 31st.. so this increase has just made things extremely difficult.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 August 2014:
