I still weigh 202lbs. I didn't loose any weight this week but I will next week. This is my first week and it was very hard I was hungry all the time but I am getting use to eating less and healthier. I feel a lot better and have moor energy so that is a very good positive. Have a great week and I will talk to you next week.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
