The last couple of evenings I've stayed up later. I've had those comfort moments where I just want to dig into food. Mostly, I'm just tired. Planning ahead and leaving myself some calorie/carb wiggle room has saved my tush. Guess I need to try and keep that going. Good thing is typically I wouldn't have my calories set as low as 1200. So, when I up my calories back to 1500 I will be golden! Again...feeling successful in simply staying on track with my nutrition. Hitting a stride and working towards a lifestyle change is something I've strived for over many years.
