Well done you!!! Yes, your new chapter will be to maintain your weight until it becomes second nature. Don't forget you would not have reached your goal without your will power and determination, so keep it up :-)  

Hi - thank you for those kind comments but I would also like to say what a really, really useful tool Fat Secret was in order for me to get there. This diet was all about counting calories and Fat Secret is superb in aiding both on the consuming and on the burning side. Thank you again for a really sweet comment.
