Started my diet and exercise regime today...feeling tired and a bit grumpy but to be expected. Working out was hard today...but I know it will get easier if I can just stick with it. Hope to pick up the bicycle tomorrow and give it a spin. Will start out slowly with the food elimination and go from working out 3 times to 4 times a week eventually. I'm pumped to see results although I know I won't see a big difference for 6 weeks or so...just got to keep at it.
