Did 30 minutes cardio today, along with weightlifting session. Also took the dogs for a walk (which I do most every day). So far, so good with the diet (day 2 of 7 day prequel). I'm actually trying the 1-day detox diet first before I go with the fat flush plan. It sounds like my liver needs some cleaning up first. The big test will be on Thursday, when I plan my day of fasting.
