No change in overall weight in the last two weeks. I'm not concerned, though. I bought a new, smaller belt because my former belt is just too big now. Also - along with that belt - I bought a new shirt. Well, this new shirt is the first shirt that is a size 'L' shirt that I have fit into since I was 15 years old! Granted, I have been 6'2" tall and 220 lbs. at the age of 15 and have pretty much stayed there for the next 31 years...

Now that is what I am talking about, while the scale may not be your friend or move when you want it to, the truth will definitely come out with the "tape measurer/belt".
