148 , finally, today is the day I can honestly say, I lost my first 10 lbs
It has been a struggle, but God is my strength and my sustainer. I look forward to the next 10lbs, I know I can do all things thru Christ that strengthens me. Philippians 4:24 in Bible. Wishing everyone much success.
