Dweet's Journal, 22 March 2011

I started exercising and watching my calories last Monday, March 14th 2011. My starting weight was 260 lbs and as of yesterday, March 21, I weighed 254 lbs. Almost a pound a day lost! I am feeling really great and have been going to the gym almost everyday. (wasn't able to go this weekend because i had to work and they weren't open when i got off)
