Breakfast at 7:50. Went on vacation and ate garbage for 2 weeks.

I'm going to stay on 2k calories for two weeks with 100g of carbs a day for 2 weeks.

My experiment is to make very small changes until I'm losing fat/weight and going up in strength. When I hit a weight lifting plateau, I know I need more carbs.

I went to the gym and was able to do 3 sets of 10 of each exercise but barely. I know that I need more carbs but I'm going to raise it by 50 grams.

When I hit a weight loss plateau, I'm going to increase my calories by 100 a week.

starting tomorrow, I'm going to have 75 grams of carbs for my first meal and 25 for the rest of the day and see how my workouts do.

Ate almonds at 11:30

Lunch at 2:00

Had apple snack at 3:05.. Pretty hungry.

had dinner at 5

did 4 rounds of tabata.
