Started WW four weeks ago and have lost six pounds. A lot slower going than anticipated. Since they change to the new point system I feel that it offers way too much food, so I have reduced my daily points and not using any of the the weekly points. Seems to be working better (two weeks went by w/o much of any weight loss). So, on I go...
