I'm now on week five of the running-- today was my last training where I walked for two minutes and ran for five minutes-- four times. Next week- I walk for two minutes and run for eight minutes three times. The Music City marathon is this week...and my goal is to run in it next year. I would like to run a marathon before I am 45.
