Weighed in today to get back to Friday weigh-ins. No workout today - it's my day off, which also means a cheat meal! Hence, a trip to the noodle house at lunch for Pad Thai! Or maybe fish & chips...
118.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
