Winter has been a bit rough - I started some medication that is expected to cause some weight gain, but so far it is under control. I have always put on weight in winter and I did drop below what I was aiming for before winter so remain below my goal weight.
I have discovered that I am very allergic to dairy - let it in and I land up quite ill the next day so I am on a gluten and dairy free diet. Despite these restrictions it is actually relatively easy to control my weight - I know what will drop it and what will raise it.
