[size=8][color=indigo]As you can tell, I have not been doing well at keeping the weight off. I joined a gym last week and am really trying to drop some weight and tone up. I will be signing in daily and being more accountable for what I am eating and how much exercise I am getting!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
