I need to make weekend goals, so I have something to follow while my friends are in-town.
1. Eat and drink under my calorie limit 2. Drink atleast 4 cups of water per day. I think I'm becoming dehydrated. My muscles do not feel as great when I am running 3. Exercise Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
I must say, I am impressed that I've taken my multivitamin everyday this week. I think when I make my weekly goals, I'll consider maybe doing them for two weeks at a time. I have yet to go one week without eating after 8pm,
