Lots of exercise, moving apartments today on my own. Just three carloads for the moment but still lost count of the number of trips, up two flights, with lots of heavy stuff, on a very hot day. All good till I succumbed to the Greggs Sausage Rolls afterwards. Just wanted serious fat and carbs. Sausage rolls are an evil joy - seemingly unknown in the US - of pastry filled with sausage meat. They're 10% protein but also 64% fat, over 1400 cals in total, and enough sodium per mouthful to block an artery... Just one might have been fine but I gave way not just to one, nor two, nor even three, but four! Oh well. That's what happens when you think of food as a reward. Early bed and mega-workout planned for tomorrow morning to convert that lot!
