It was hard getting to this weight. I'm still fighting to get my weight down more. I have montor my eating habits. I don't over eat and there are times when i don't feel hungrey.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
