no step and tone classes this week due to the Galway Races. Did 5 hr hike in Connemara on Sunday and was aching Sunday night. Went racing Monday so no workout and none tuesday as didn't feel well. Iron levels low and dehydrated.
Back to the gym Wednesday. Increasing weights on leg press to 55 kg, chest press to 20 kg. Still struggling with the rowing deltoid and keeping at 27.5 kg. tomorrow will increase overhead press to 15kgs. have to split workouts to 30 mins at lunchtime and 30 after work. gym closing early due to races.
