Original body fat calculator: no change, despite loss of 3 pounds, and improved measurements at neck, waist nar/navel, hips. Concern with loss of muscle mass over these 2 months. Confirmed by separate fat calculator, http://www.linear-software.com/online.html. Displays same Fat %, with too much loss of lean mass.

Must figure out the following in order to build lean mass without fat:
1) How much to eat?
2) When to eat?
3) Cardio: when, how much?
