I've had my phone back for a week just now starting to get back into writing everything I easy down. Will start going to the gym soon since I found a gift certificate for three months to golds. Does not help things that I am a bordem and stress eater. Things will hopefully get better soon.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just keep trying your best! I am a stress eater too & yesterday was awful. Today I told myself that I have the right to feel good. So once Charla finally went for her nap I got workout in. You can do it!!
