7/28/14 - I was 201 at dr appt on 7/11/14. Last weekend we were away at a family reunion. I ate appropriately the entire weekend, except for the day of the actual reunion. I have been following my diet 100% until that day, and opted to have one day out of the past 90 days that I allowed myself to have whatever I wanted. Let's just say, I put on the feed bag. I was soooo stuffed, I was miserable. I got home and weighed in, I was up to 209--I feel because of that one day of letting go and not being able to keep my digestive tract regular because of traveling, I could not keep the weight down.

I have been moderately following my diet plan the past week--weight has come back down. I am diabetic, so I'm also watching my sugar level and so far it has been stable too.

This week I get back on track to following my diet 100% because I'd like to have 25lbs off by October when I have my next dr visit. Wish me luck!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
