I feel like i am in a really great place this week. i got on my bike 4 times, rode a total of over 30 miles. I have found friends who like to ride and i have set up riding dates with all of them so i have future rides on my calender. i met with a trainer and have signed up for personal training at a small cross training gym that offers a lot of personal attention. My husband is jumping in on things and asking how many calories are in thing and preparing amazing date night meals for under 500 calories. I got this!
